1. Returns

 

• We accept returns on non-custom posters within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

 

2. Custom Orders

 

• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 

• If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the damage

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged items.

 

4. Refunds

 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

5. Return Shipping

 

• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

• Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

 

6. Exchanges

 

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
